Overview

Integrate Google Calendar with ScoutOS agents to enable intelligent scheduling and calendar management. Agents can check availability, create meetings, update events, and provide calendar context to streamline your scheduling workflows.

Prerequisites

  • Google Workspace or personal Google account
  • Google Calendar API credentials
  • Calendar sharing permissions configured
  • OAuth access for calendar read/write operations

How to use this integration

  1. Go to the Integrations page in your Scout Dashboard
  2. Select Google Calendar and authenticate with your Google account
  3. Grant calendar access permissions
  4. Navigate to Agent Settings for your desired agent
  5. Click Add Tool and select Google Calendar actions (create events, check availability, etc.)
  6. Your agent can now manage calendar operations automatically
