Overview

Integrate Google Drive with ScoutOS agents to give them access to your company's documents, spreadsheets, and files. Agents can search, read, and reference content from Drive to provide accurate, context-aware responses based on your organization's information.

Prerequisites

  • Google Workspace account with Drive access
  • Google Drive API credentials
  • Appropriate file and folder permissions
  • OAuth consent configured for your workspace

How to use this integration

  1. Navigate to the Integrations page in your Scout Dashboard
  2. Select Google Drive from the available integrations
  3. Authenticate with your Google account and grant necessary permissions
  4. Go to Agent Settings for the agent you want to give Drive access
  5. Click Add Tool and select the Google Drive actions you want to enable
  6. Configure which folders or files the agent can access
  7. Your agent can now search and retrieve information from Drive automatically
