Overview
Integrate HubSpot with ScoutOS agents to automate CRM management, streamline prospect research, and keep your sales data clean and current. Agents can query contact information, update records, log activities, and generate insights from your CRM data.
Prerequisites
- HubSpot account with API access enabled
- HubSpot API key or OAuth credentials
- Appropriate permissions for reading and writing CRM data
- Connected workspace with necessary HubSpot scopes
How to use this integration
As an Agent Tool:
- Go to the Integrations page in your Scout Dashboard
- Select HubSpot and add your credentials
- Navigate to Agent Settings for your desired agent
- Click Add Tool and select HubSpot actions (search contacts, update deals, etc.)
- Your agent can now access and manage HubSpot data automatically
As a Workflow Block:
- Create a new Scout workflow
- Click Add Block and select HubSpot
- Connect your HubSpot credentials
- Configure specific CRM operations (create contacts, update properties, etc.)
- Chain HubSpot blocks with other workflow steps for complex automations
