Prerequisites
- Pipedrive account with API access
 - Pipedrive API token
 - Appropriate permissions for deals, contacts, and activities
 - Connected workspace with necessary data access
 
How to use this integration
- Go to the Integrations page in your Scout Dashboard
 - Select Pipedrive and add your API token
 - Navigate to Agent Settings for your desired agent
 - Click Add Tool and select Pipedrive actions (search deals, update contacts, etc.)
 - Your agent can now manage Pipedrive data automatically
