Overview

Integrate Salesforce with ScoutOS agents to automate CRM operations and maintain clean, actionable sales data. Agents can query leads and opportunities, update records, log activities, and extract insights from your Salesforce instance.

Prerequisites

  • Salesforce account with API access
  • Connected app configured in Salesforce
  • OAuth credentials or API tokens
  • Appropriate object and field-level permissions

How to use this integration

  1. Navigate to the Integrations page in your Scout Dashboard
  2. Select Salesforce and add your credentials
  3. Configure permissions for the objects and fields agents can access
  4. Go to Agent Settings for your agent
  5. Click Add Tool and select Salesforce actions (search accounts, update opportunities, etc.)
  6. Your agent can now interact with Salesforce data automatically
