This week was all about the Inbox and major Studio UI enhancements! We launched the beta version of our Inbox, completely revamped the Studio navigation, added tagging functionality, and integrated with Hubspot. These updates make it easier to interact with agents and organize your workflows.

Inbox Beta

• We released the beta version of our new Inbox feature, providing a dedicated space where users can interact with and collaborate with Scout agents.

Revamped Studio Navigation

• We completely overhauled the sidebar navigation and list pages in the Studio.
• These improvements make it easier to navigate through your projects and find what you need quickly.

Tags for Workflows and Collections

• We added the ability to tag collections and workflows.
• This new organizational feature helps you categorize, filter, and manage your projects more efficiently.

Inbox Conversation Search

• We've added search functionality to the Inbox, allowing you to quickly find past conversations with your agents.
• This makes it easier to reference previous interactions and maintain continuity in your work.

Hubspot Integration

• We added a new Hubspot integration that allows Scout AI agents to access your connected Hubspot account.
• This integration enables your agents to work directly with your CRM data, opening new possibilities for sales and marketing automation.
